This edition of the IBS Scientific Workshop Proceedings offers a compilation of contributions presented at the “Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Education Technologies” symposium. This year, professors, researchers, doctoral and master students from Germany, Mongolia, Russia, China, Japan, Portugal, Bangladesh, Morocco, Syria, India and Kazakhstan took part in the 10th event of the symposium: ISCSET-2021. Due to the pandemic situation in the world this year’s symposium is organized in online format. Main focus of ISCSET 2021 is research and education during COVID-19, challenges and solutions during pandemic period.
