This edition of the IBS Scientific Workshop Proceedings offers a compilation of contributions presented at the “Learner Centered Learning” 2020 international workshop. This year, professors and researchers with Doctorate of Science, Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Germany, Mongolia, Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Belgium took part in the Second edition of the LCL 2020 Workshop. This year’s symposium took place amidst the Covid–19 pandemic, hence it was conducted online. It brought together leading researchers in the fields of Computer Science Education Technologies and Social Sciences, among others, in order to discuss theories, share practices, exchange ideas and introduce outcomes of innovative initiatives and researches. The workshop proceedings will provide an opportunity for other academics, researchers and interested individuals to learn more about new learning technologies, trends and initiatives on learner centered learning.
